Frequently asked questions

What is chiropractic care?
Chiropractic care focuses on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those involving the spine and extremities. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other techniques to help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote overall health.
Is chiropractic treatment safe?
Yes, chiropractic care is generally considered safe when performed by a trained and licensed chiropractor. Chiropractic adjustments are non-invasive and are tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Like any medical treatment, there can be some risks, but complications are rare. Your chiropractor will discuss any concerns and make adjustments based on your health history.
Can I still see a chiropractor if I’m pregnant?

Yes, chiropractic care is generally safe for pregnant women and can help alleviate common discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as lower back pain, sciatica, and pelvic discomfort. We use a specialized method called the Webster Technique which ensures the safety and comfort of both mother and baby.

What is the Webster Technique?

The Webster Technique is a chiropractic method designed specifically to help pregnant women. The Webster Technique focuses on optimizing pelvic alignment and balance to reduce stress on the uterus and improve the conditions for a safer pregnancy and childbirth.

Do you accept insurance or offer out-of-network billing?
Yes — we bill out-of-network insurance benefits on your behalf.
We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t contract directly with insurance companies — but we take care of the billing process for you.

Here’s how it works:

  1. We verify your out-of-network benefits before or at your first visit.

  2. You pay any upfront amount due (such as your deductible, coinsurance, or the full fee if needed).

  3. We submit claims directly to your insurance company, and they reimburse you (or apply payment toward your out-of-network benefits).

Most PPO plans include out-of-network coverage for chiropractic and rehab services. Many patients use HSA/FSA cards as well.

If you're unsure about your benefits, we’re happy to verify them for you — just reach out before your first appointment.
